First-class cadets (1/c), Genison C Basilio, Eric Joseph D Noble,  Daisy Anne L Atayan, and Dianne Shaira L Basuel will commence their Coast Guard service in the Philippine waters by working towards the advancement of maritime law enforcement, maritime security, maritime safety, maritime search and rescue, and marine environmental protection.

They received the 'good news' during the Traditional Billet Night of the USCGA in New London, Connecticut, United States of America on 05 March 2021.

1/c Basilio, 1/c Noble, 1/c Atayan, and 1/c Basuel are sponsored Filipino cadets under the PCG Cadetship Program — an initiative towards the organization of first-class Coast Guard Cadet Corps in the country as a precursor to the establishment of the PCG Academy.
